The question remains:
how bad is Foxy really? "Hot
Spot" has once again showed everybody,
that she still depends on visual teasers, to draw away
the attention from her rhymes. And her new, more abstract
flow, can not be seen as creativity, but maybe because
she had trouble reading the rhymes that Ja˙-Z wrote
down for her. However, Foxy dwells in tastelessness
with "Bomb Ass",
a unscrupulous copy of "Some Bomb Azz Pussy"
(by the Dogg Pound, that is the group of Foxys
boyfriend Kurupt). "BWA"
is with even less scruples a rip off of "Real Niggaz
Dont Die" (by N.W.A).
Very cruel. And Foxy even rides the '80s Disco' samples
wave, that even Puffy has now left behind. But maybe
I should only talk about the bareable tracks and moments,
that at least keeps the review short. And when Im
talking about tracks, then I mean beats, because the
lyrics are so beyond wackness, that I dont even
wanna talk about them.

"Dog
& A Fox" with DMX
is alright. Swizz Beatz hits this time, since he seams
to be a miss or hit producer. This track should motivate
Foxy to once again start spitting at people, without
apologizing. If you want to get your boogie on, then
try "I Cant"
with Total. Nothing exceptional, but something that
should get your hips in motion. Now the beat to "4-5-6"
is somewhat original, something kinda new. Now Mo-Suave
House's Productions show us, that the only reason why
Master P always screams 'uuuunnngghhh', must be that
he gets kicked in the nuts so often. At least with things
like this beat, that shows that there is more to the
south, than just these No Limit soldiers. Now "Tramp"
is even kinda cool, but it would be much better, if
someone like KRS-One would rhyme on it.

Okay, those who like
this kind of album, go ahead buy it. I dont like
it. And normally I defend the commerical hip hop, so
its not an apathy that makes me write this. Oh,
and yes, Foxys brother Pretty Boy is equally wack.
And Im not just talking about his name.
